I was quite surprised by how easy it is to understand. It's not complicated terminology but straightforward and easy to read. Thanks for visiting.

In reply to oddhogg. I had to take vitamin B12 supplements when I was pregnant. Apparently it's not that easy to determine a magnesium deficiency based on blood tests. It's one of the reasons why magnesium deficiency is so often overlooked. Good job on the part of your doctor for suggesting it.
